I’m Jess Taylor — an interdisciplinary Product Designer, Educator, and Founder of Przm, where I help startups and growth-stage companies transform ideas into clear, conversion-driven digital experiences.

With a background that bridges design, marketing, and education, I specialize in UX strategy, content design, and conversion optimization. I connect human insight to business growth. My work often lives at the intersection of clarity, impact, and measurable results.

My Path to Design 💡

Before founding PRZM, I built a career defined by curiosity and reinvention — from teaching and linguistics, social science research to QA engineering and digital strategy. That diverse path shaped my approach to design: analytical, systems-oriented, and relentlessly focused on clarity.

I’m currently a Design Lead for an early-stage wellness and mental health startup while completing my Master’s in Design Management and Communications at Georgetown University. I also serve on the board of TriUXPA as Director of Social Impact and Director of Sponsorships — roles that let me amplify community-driven innovation and mentorship.

I founded PRZM to partner with founders and early-stage teams who are building with purpose. I love translating ambitious, bold visions into beautifully functional products that move both people and metrics.

Outside work, you’ll find me reading, writing, hiking, or exploring new ideas that feed my creativity and curiosity.
